Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE U.S. Shipping on orders of $40 or more.

  • Shipping charges for orders under $40 are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail (if offered): 1–3 business days

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Velvet Sage Collective is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of that carrier.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us. We will gladly help you locate your shipment and work with the carrier whenever possible.
