At Velvet Sage Collective, every candle is thoughtfully hand-poured in small batches, and every item is carefully inspected before it ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personal-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Fragrance preference

• Opened or used products

• Normal variations in color, texture, or finish that naturally occur in handmade items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the shipping packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the damaged or incorrect item or provide another appropriate resolution.
